Delivery of goods
All artwork and products ordered through our website will be shipped whenever possible within four working days of receiving the order and completion of payment.
If there is any problem with the goods when you receive them you should contact us  (by email, fax, phone or letter) giving the reason for the return so that we can clearly understand your concern and we can respond with the appropriate action. This of course should be done as soon as possible.
